      - Old fashioned "trader jerk" mentality and cut throat environment, bullying. - No salary increases unless you resign and get a counter offer. - Extremely high attrition/mercenary culture. - Long hours, manual tedious processes, poor leadership. - Head of HR resigned in 2019 as well as HR Business partners in London, Geneva and US. Replaced with inexperienced admins. - No training and development, lack of diversity.

      Pros

Some departments have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

Middle office works long hours. Operations management is completely clueless. They are very position oriented and have a chip on their shoulder and consistently talk about their positions. When you're start working for the company, you realize, operations management has very little knowledge. Some of the processes that are being done are very manual. There is absolutely no training for analysts on the system. Compensation and bonuses are non existent. You have to fight for an increase every year and even then it's a struggle. Very cheap when it comes to paying employees a decent salary or bonus. Part of the reason why there are a lot of incompetent managers.
