    No opinion of CEO

I worked at McMaster University part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Consistently renewed contracts. Great staff.

    Cons

Duties and hours increased due to the influx of foreign students in need of additional assistance. University support services for Teaching Assistants diminished over time leaving new TAs without support or workshops to gain teaching skills.

    Advice to Management

Reassess the duties of Teaching Assistants in light of the changing demographics of the student body.
