I have been working at McMaster University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is lots of room to grow within McMaster University.

    Cons

It is a very unionized environment, therefore you get a lot of people who only do what they "have" to do.

    Advice to Management

Even though it is a unionized environment, support your staff and show them they are appreciated. There is lots of people who go above what is expected of them
