    Working for one of the top universities in the country with quality education and home to some of the best minds on faculty.

    Cons

    Management did not practice McMaster's Core Leadership Capabilities e.g. communication & collaboration, develops people, promotes McMaster's culture and values and more. Many issues resides at the core; bullying, favouritism, unfair allocation of budget, discrimination, racism, lack of positive employee experience, lack of resources, unrealistic expectations, lack of trust and inclusive environment and so on.     Advice to Management

    Please receive some leadership & emotional intelligence training. Many of management are stagnant and miserable in their roles which affects employee engagement. There should be a constant employee engagement survey conducted with each unit on campus. Management's performance reviews should include employee voices.
