Pros
Beautiful atmosphere to work in with a family friendly feeling. The approach with which the Owners and Management lead their staff is commendable, with open communication and encouragement. Extraordinary organization or work for.

Pros
McLean & Dickey is truly a wonderful place to work. The compensation packages are very competitive and come with full health/dental benefits and a pension plan, which is unheard of these days. The training facility is a wonderful space where new team members are first introduced to the organization. The training program itself is a fun, interactive way for newcomers to insurance to develop the knowledge and skills needed to begin a successful insurance career. There are opportunities for growth and to experience different avenues within insurance. There are personal lines, commercial lines, and marine departments with a vast array of roles within each suited for both newcomers to insurance and seasoned insurance professionals. Growth and promotion from within is encouraged by the owners and management. Flex work schedules and work from home arrangements are available to help promote a healthy work life balance. The office is a beautiful place to go to every day and is filled with an amazing group of people who form a collaborative, supportive, high performance team.
Cons
There are no downsides. The owners treat every team member like family.
