      Pros

      - Well recognized brand. Everybody knows McKinsey. - You work with very smart people every day (very gratifying) - You learn in 3 monts what people learn in 3-4 years in each company

      Cons

      - Quantity of work is still important - many hours wasted doing appendix slides could be applied to better understanding the ones that matter - Pace is fast, so there is no time to enjoy, nor a second chance.
