    - Good benefits - Good holiday - Top leadership are trying to create more equal environment - so the aspirations are nice

    Cons

    - Unclear and cumbersome bureaucracy for essentially anything you need to do - Competitive and frequently toxic atmosphere - very little in place to deal with problematic or difficult professors
