    1. Very good vacation policy (summer friday off 10 days + 5 days of christmas week off + standard 3 weeks vacation) 2. Superb colleagues and managers 3. Convenient downtown campus location

    lacks a bit in practical projects especially for an engineering degree.

    Pros

    Dynamic work environment, diverse age groups, workforce from diverse backgrounds. Laid back environment, easy work.

    Cons

    Slow upward mobility, the work environment has a corporate feel to it, there's visible diversity but the culture of the work environment is conservative and marginalizing. Not environmentally conscious as an institution.
