Hybrid mode forced upon employees with seniority, regardless of medical conditions, while new employees get offered remote work. - Long hours and pressure to be available after hours. - No flexible hours. Benefits just okay but do not equal competitors'.

Very little coaching or mentoring provided. Employees are expected to be mind readers and know how to get everything done within super tight and unrealistic timelines. Very little face time with manager and the Face Time that you do have is very cold and fake. Turnover is very high and employees are also regularly fired for no real reason at all. If you have a family, kids, or any kind of personal life at all this is not the job for you. Moms are regularly fired, quit or go on leaves. Don't believe me? Highest seniority level in all of Finance is probably only 6 years.
