      Pros

      Excellent benefits and the execs take extra special care of employees. I joined three years ago and always get a bonus because the company's performance is so strong.

      Cons

      I have yet to work 40 hours in a week. There's just too much to do in a workday. After a while of this it might get old, but okay for now.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, shockingly the relationship with employees are great given how the CEO is. The technical teams are smart and capable, can deliver great products when given the property direction.

      Cons

      The CEO and founder of the company is consistently changing the direction, never gave the full opportunity to carry through on products.
