High Turnover Rate. Owners are awful and have minimal idea about running a buisness. Favouritism (ex. Indian Privilege). Minimal Pay for work responsibilities. No work-life balance.

-People that work in the store truly make the difference -The Uniform is nice esp. if you like wearing all black -Discount is nice if you like the brand/product -If you have to go support another store they will pay for your travel

-Upper management is very dysfunctional, unprofessional & sneaky. -You can't address concerns that have been on going, its their way of doing things or no way -No one understands how RETAIL works in upper management -You are wearing many "hats" even when its not in your job profile, because upper management doesn't deal with it & you care for the customers so you help -You have to come up with lies to tell customers, to prevent yourself from not look like, your doing your job poorly or to not put the company under the bus -There is a lack of commutation within upper management (Head Office) -You find out things before they tell you -No one ever is on the same page, upper management tells you two different things ( Head Office) -The employees that don't speak up stay within the company over the employees that do. -Company wants us to bring vegetarian lunches yet the owner flashes an NON-VEGAN lifestyle by shopping at NON-VEGAN places. -No Growth opportunities, unless you are trying to build your resume. -No Company Culture -People have quit for a reason -All reviews regarding this company is TRUE.

I can’t find any pros

I was running from this company. The managers are mean, never listened to me I didn’t feel respected They are only nice to employers with the same nationality. Most of the time they will not speak in English and will not care about you standing around. When I was sick, the manager yelled at me and told to come to the store even though I never took sick day before . Even when she came and other sale associate was on the floor, she told me to be in the store( I told her twice during shift that I feel very bad ). One more thing happened to me, I needed to walk for 8 hours in the shoes from the brand and they are not comfortable at all!!! The worst part is that after quitting I had a lot of problems with my feet due to low-quality shoes
