    Pros

    Pros

WARNING! This company is very shady. Please believe that any positive reviews are submitted by the company in an attempt to drown out honest reviews like mine

    Cons

The recruiters lie to you just to fill the jobs that people continually quit. They advertise their jobs as merchandising roles, when in fact they are janitorial positions. Their main contract is to have a couple people in each Rona store and all you do is clean shelves and demo oroducts. Its a disgusting and dehumanizing job. THey hire you as an "independent contracter", there us nothing independent about the job, Rona usnt your client, you cant set your own schedule, you arent "in business for yourself" as they say, the only thing that is different is that you have NONE of the labor protections an employed person has such as EI, CPP, holiday pay, workers comp etc. They have a lazy high school grad as "team lead" who leaves for the day and is never there, just a complete gong show fail

    Advice to Management

    Get an education

I have been working at Match Marketing Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great client base, lots of experience opportunities, get to work with amazing, like-minded people.

    Cons

Management is focused on money and not employees, agency output has been going down over the past three years due to stress on employees, limiting creativity due to resource constraints.

    Advice to Management

Begin to adapt a 2018 agency structure. Learn from other leaders in the industry and focus on employees first and foremost. When employees are passionate and driven, everything else comes organically.

    Pros

No pros. This is a terrible company to work for.

    Cons

this scam of a company tries to get you to sign an agreement saying you are an independent contractor and not an employee. Not sure how they haven't got shut down yet for this. It is a huge violation of work standards. They also are always 3+ weeks late on pay, or refuse to pay you at all. Had to get the labor board involved. Do Not Work Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Run a legit company and stop preying on innocent youngsters who don't know their rights.
