I have been working at Match Marketing Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great client base, lots of experience opportunities, get to work with amazing, like-minded people.

    Cons

Management is focused on money and not employees, agency output has been going down over the past three years due to stress on employees, limiting creativity due to resource constraints.

    Advice to Management

Begin to adapt a 2018 agency structure. Learn from other leaders in the industry and focus on employees first and foremost. When employees are passionate and driven, everything else comes organically.

    Pros

No pros. This is a terrible company to work for.

    Cons

this scam of a company tries to get you to sign an agreement saying you are an independent contractor and not an employee. Not sure how they haven't got shut down yet for this. It is a huge violation of work standards. They also are always 3+ weeks late on pay, or refuse to pay you at all. Had to get the labor board involved. Do Not Work Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Run a legit company and stop preying on innocent youngsters who don't know their rights.

    Pros

Greate job for students. The management teams are understanding and offer flexible hours for students during exams.
If you are some one enjoy customers services then it is perfect!!!!!!

    Cons

Since it involves with sales. Thus, it could be stressful to make sales. In addition, during Christmas times... You have to give more availability and it could be hard for students due to final exams.

I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I worked with were nice, flexible hours and work-from-home arrangements depending on your supervisor.

    Cons

Disorganized. Bad leadership. No transparency whatsoever, employees often feel that they are being "screwed" by upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Value employees, listen to feedback

I worked at Match Marketing Group (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible depending on the Manager, great for students, mostly weekends, unsupervised, compensation was fair, and at times commission structures were generous and motivating

    Cons

Compensation was often late and/or inaccurate, no guidance on how to attain ambitious sales targets in more remote locations, disorganized head office, surprise visits from managers, inconsistent scheduling, last minute changes to shifts and working locations, reporting portal was ancient and hard to use, no job security

    Advice to Management

Improve communication between staff and contractors, increase compensation and/or regulate compensation structures, organize career paths within the role to promote movement to more senior positions.

I have been working at Match Marketing Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have well coordinated activation plans, therefore brand ambassadors only have one job. Account supervisors are cooperative and make schedule flexible for BAs. The company prioritizes the needs of BAs as well; I got injured during the job and they sent me home to recover.

    Cons

Have to work despite bad weather, like any other team jobs its unusual that some coworkers do not cooperate, company did not offer compensation for injury during work

    Advice to Management

The management is doing a good job so far, however the recruitment process should be a little bit more strict to ensure that all BAs will cooperate and respect their Team Lead

I worked at Match Marketing Group part-time

    Pros

No pros for this company whatsoever. The only thing legit is the products of nespresso and the quality of the coffee is amazing but that has nothing to do with match marketing.

    Cons

Where to begin. The only reason I gave one star is because I'm required to. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM they collect your direct deposit info and make it seem like their legit. They will give you one pay check for training and you will never hear from them again. I have worked with the company for months and every pay check they make up some type of an excuse as to why you are not getting paid, they always claim that there are issues with "natural insight" or they claim its because there wasn't proper reporting on "nespresso portal". Do yourself a favour and stay FAR away from these con artists. From management, all the way down to the little minions that work for the professional scam artist herself, this place is the epitome of a joke. They will have you purchase milk to provide customers with espresso as a demonstrator but will never reimburse you the amount. What they do is illegal and it is mind boggling to me that they have managed to get away with the foolishness.

    Advice to Management

An illegal group of con artists making it seem like the job is legit at first but it is all part of the scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! They collect personal info from you and will not pay your for the work you put in and anytime you call them out on it, you will never get a response.
