I have been working at Match Marketing Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

They gave great management and it's not a door to door sales role, like most places. You work on retail stores, receive base pay as well as a commission. Managers are great and training is exceptional. If you required to work further then your area, you will be paid for mileage. It's not a difficult product to sell, as Nespresso machines sell themselves.

    Cons

There are limited hours (weekends only)

I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Few people who genuinely cared

    Cons

Misogynistic + Racially insensitive senior management + HR, no culture, high turnover (so many layoffs before covid even happened), understaffed.I experienced harassment at work which affected my mental health and they wanted me to come back to work to the people who harmed me- complete joke. I was a loyal employee for years- senior management have old ways of thinking and not open to the new, lack of diversity
