    The front desk associates are enabled to make decisions.
    right from day one you are made to feel part of a caring team

    Pros

    -Great location
    -Can pay for use of hotel pool
    -Moncton can be a fun city
    -Standard pay
    -Free Uniform (excluding shoes)
    -After 3 months you can apply for full time.

    Cons

    -I spent the first three weeks just making beds while they kept promising me further training, which never came.
    -After three weeks I was handed a bucket of their cleaning chemicals and told I was going to doing my own rooms. I, fortunately, had previous experience.
    -There are many reasons why I no longer work for them, but I am hoping they got

    Advice to Management

    1. Train your employess
    2. Provide PPE
    3. If you must delay training find tasks that don't involve chemicals

    - Good Staff (Banquets, Servers etc) not Mangement and up
    - Free food
    -

    Cons

    - Fluctuating hourly work
    - Management
    - No respect among upper management all the way up to the General Manager
    - No gratuities, although clients do pay it. None of it gets passed along to staff.
