Pros
Friendly office environment dependant on location. The possibility of travel is there, although tough to meet. Fam trip oppurtunity will vary depending on the office.
Cons
Low pay, sale targets too high for market, complicated constantly diminishing commission structure. Salaried pay almost guarantees a lot of after hours work during busy season. Promises of travel opportunities broken or non exsistant.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Overall was a good experience. I improved a lot of my communication skills. The sales targets were difficult to achieve.
