I have been working at Marks & Spencer part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Fantastic people that work there.

    Cons

Lost a lot of benefits, eg xmas bonus, double pay and have to do so much more for not a great hourly rate. Forced to work boxing day even if it's not your contract day and to work bank holidays . They expect hell of a lot but take everything off their staff.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the bullying!!!!!
