      Pros

Strong market position, positive work environment. The company has a clear strategic direction at the top.

      Cons

There is limited opportunity for advancement in my area. The company is constantly restructuring and changing-partly industry circumstance, partly "make work" projects. There is a tendency to give top positions to new, inexperienced staff while holding more experienced people in static positions. There is a bureaucratic process around "projects" that leads to the creation of slow moving teams to study issues. Can take a year to address business issues with this approach.

      Pros

Excellent work environment Excellent management at higher level but management at low level just do ;politics without caring others respects and company values

      Cons

Some times Manager joins hands with Supervisor and plays game to shut down the plant then adjust supervisor in other plant Is there any way these games could be checked and fire such capricious supervisor who has history of shutting down two ;plants in order to save the third plants

      Worklife balance?

      Pros

great co-workers and work environment in Winnipeg-Lag. Some opprotunity for growth if you work really hard and lots of hours.

      Cons

Poor Management and Senior Leadership Team. Absolutely no work life balance. You could be on your death bed and still be expected to show up to work. You have to be a brown noser in order to move up in status.Lots of Supervisors with very poor people skills; lots of bickering and favortism between supervisors. Some supervisors let the status go to their heads, being extremely rude and disrespectful to hourly employees to the point of threats. They should be cleaning up the garbage people they have as supervisors.
