      Pros

Canadian company, no/minimum outsource, good processes, easy-going people. Work-life balance depends on the department/manager/VP. Management tries to have a company P&G style alike. Pay for your tuition, but conditions apply, have to work at least 9 months after the graduation date. Student oriented and lots of self-learning.

      Cons

Fast-paced. Long interview process. No kitchen, eat either at your desk or outside. Expect long hours and low pay.

      Pros

Good training, knowledgeable and hard-working staff. Good location. Good potential for career progression. Challenging work. Good faciliities. Clean office.

      Cons

Long hours are almost always required of all employees. Overtime is not an option. Not much diversification within the role.

      Pros

Benefits are good. Company is constantly changing and there is lots to learn about the industry. Good location in the west end

      Cons

Expect long hours and even longer during specific times of the year. This can impact work/balance. Most managers are out for themselves. Some wouldn't even recognize or award hard work and used lower level employee to advance themselves. Compensation is lower versus the market. Lots of restructuring therefore no guarantee on your job.

      Pros

Pay and benefits are above average. 3 weeks vacation to start.

      Cons

Expect to work long hours daily and many weekends. Company promises people a lot of things but rarely delivers. I don't think the change the company is going through is helping the situation.
