The team are the pros. They are what make it worth working there for.
Cons
Executive management (Higher than hotel manager) do not share what's going on with the company. There is no communication to hotels. Hotel Managers are side stepped to their own teams and not kept in the loop. But are held responsible for the result. This company is run by one person who will remove you from position if you have a set of balls and challenge them. If their partner (who works within the company) doesn't like you, then neither does the Director. Even if your work is exemplary. You will have no control over your area. You are the donkey. I had to fight to get a decent wage from promotion. They have a warped idea that you should work for free and be thankful you have a job at this time.
