I worked at MTS Allstream full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was able to grow quite a bit there as a developer over the years. Very supportive and great opportunities for advancement and new projects.

    Cons

There weren't any really. There were the normal issues with certain people in the workplace, but that is a constant everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Keep on supporting developers to grow and give them challenging projects.

I have been working at MTS Allstream full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The only perk left is the work from home program but with the constant issue of being understaffed & employees being overwhelmed and overworked it's probably the only thing stopping people from taking stress leave.

    Cons

Lack of process, unorganized, severely understaffed. Too many unqualified people in management roles. This acquisition went as all Zayo acquisitions go; they laid off most of the staff and are trying to run the business on fumes. Employees are overworked, underpaid and not appreciated.
