Great shows, Great people, Fantastic to gain experience

      Pros

Great artists, great people! If you show up to work and give it your best, leads and supervisors will give you a shot at working on higher tier work. People will trust you and challenge you, it's great. They also offer insurance which is good. They can also be generous on relocation when working on crunched shows.

      Cons

I haven't experienced it as much, but a lot of people complain about salary not being competitive. I think they might not imposed themselves enough. Same thing for overtime, if you say no, nothing bad can happen. However, if you ask to be given a certain task and you are not delivery perfectly and you're not doing overtime, they might consider swapping it to somebody else. The work space is missing ergonomy.
