      Talks about sustainability, continuously downsizes and fires people

      Pros

      one of few companies still operating in Venezuela. No fatal accidents en last few years, used to have an average of at least one per year.

      Cons

      does not walk the talk: (1) inclusion and diversity only 15.6% women, 4% change in 10 years. (2) More "governance" than strategy, more powerpoint than execution, high attrition of talent due to constant downsizing.

      Better wages than the avarege for the same position on the Chilean Market, good location, good over all work envioroment

      The Company currently carries a heavy debt and the budgets for projects or any other expenses is very limited
