      Pros

Love the freedoms you get with creating your own schedules and being able to interact and network with friendly passengers especially as a student. Perfect job for students.

      Cons

Sometimes you end up an hour to hours away from where you needed to be or where you started and don't get lucky enough to get rides on your way back. It sucks because you are doing your job helping these people get to where they need to be but spend too much time going home and not making money. This obviously doesn't happen everyday but when it does happen it is quite inconvenient.

      Pros

Meeting all types of people. Free booth time if you're trying to get studio time to record a song.

      Cons

Wear and tear on your car. No real benefits. Doesn't pay a lot. Rider's reviews can affect how many rides come your way.

      Pros

Great app (e.g., easy to use). Plus, I really like the flexible schedule. I can work whenever I want. That type of schedule is great because I am working on a startup, so I need the Lyft income to pay the bills until my venture gets traction.

      Cons

During certain times of the day, it can take a while to get rides (because not many people are looking for them).
