Great place to start a career, feels more like a family thank coworkers.

    Pros

Love's has a great RTS(road to success) program to go down the path of management to make this job a career. Also in the truck shop a great opportunity to become a diesel technician and make a good living. Coworkers feel more like a family as opposed to simply colleagues, as we are always looking out for one another and helping each other in times of need.

    Cons

Only downside I can think of is when there are people who are only here for the paycheck, so they put forth a minimal effort, making the job more difficult on others.

    Cons

Dental insurance is Oklahoma and only oklahoma no one on their site is in Georgia. Danger of losing life while on road call. Dual job responsibilities. You do tire work when available, but clean restrooms and showers when not or tire pass. Doing tire pass in heavy rain.

    Pros

You learn a lot of you have the right personality. You get discounts on their food. Great benefits for insurance.

    Cons

They don't have a janitorial crew so they usually get the tire care to take out ALL the trash from diesel and gas side. No commission until you become a mechanic which could be 1 or 2 years later.
