I have been working at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Money, benefits, decent raise structure, building company

    Cons

Maintenance and janitorial services performed by tire techs. Full time night shift is hard to find work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Bad employees aren't worth keeping around even if you're worried you can't replace them. Swing shifts for nights would probably work best instead of one person constantly on it forever.

I have been working at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The medical insurance is actually really good

    Cons

Corporate only cares about THEIR bottom line and not about the people that works for them. We're already understaffed and hours keep getting cut and we're getting more hours cut. Cashier's are burned out, managers are burned out and it's only getting worse

    Advice to Management

It's not the managers it's corporate
