    Pros

    Great Place to work at, very good benefits, hours, and time off. There is also exceptional pay and overall my experience was very good.

    Cons

    Depending on your age, for younger people they have to be full time students which is not bad. But some people can't manage that.

    Greatt job while in school. There is a consistent schedule Monday-Friday 8-2:30.

    Pros

    Hours are good. 8-2:30. Work along together with other TA's. Get holidays the school gets of.

    Cons

    Too much responsibility for such little pay. No overtime, Have to be enrolled in at least 12 semester units to work there. Pass an exam, background check and physical . All holidays and days off are not paid. Long cruel broke summer.

    Work with different teachers, children, and you get to see first hand what it is to be a teacher.

    Cons

    Pay could be better. Most schools offer 3/4 hours as a TA. Some 6 hours.
