Consistent work, management needs an overhaul
Mar. 13, 2023 - Order PickerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Consistent hours, some decent workers
Cons
Low paying gig. Poorly managed place, not very supportive from my personal experience working here. I was belittled for the hard work I put in which made me upset to the point of quitting. I was happy at first but later on realized this is a poorly managed place. In my opinion the head manager should not be running this place. I don’t know about other locations but my experience at the Burnaby location wasn’t a good one. Wont get into anymore details but I can go on and on. You’d be better off finding another warehouse style gig and probably be happier

Will fire you if you don't fit in with the cool people
Jan. 6, 2023 - Delivery Driver in Nelson, BCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They make you feel wanted at first
Cons
They'll fire you because you don't fit in as well with employees that have been there longer, not because you're an insufficient worker. Which is why they always have ads posted, if you don't fit in socially, they move on to the next hire.

Pros
- easy work and good colleagues - finding time to look busy
Cons
- hard labor - no breaks - management is incompetent
Continue reading - Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
People are terrific, pace is reasonable, equipment is new and in good condition. Pay is not necessarily the motivating factor to work here. Im a new commercial driver and they gave me a chance to learn better commercial driving skills. Eventually I could move up to truck.
Cons
Hard to list downsides, they really try to keep you coming back by making you feel valued and very comfortable.
