      Pros

Great management, welcoming workplace, that’s about it

      Cons

Pay, workload, usually I’m the only person on the floor and it gets very stressful when you have to deal with everything

Good Work Environment, Bad story checking

      Pros

Depending on the location good working environment

      Cons

Their Kronos "punch-in" system is not fully used, staff online scheduling is never updated after the first week leading to communication issues. If a customer has an issue with how we are allowed to sell items (say not being able to sell high end cellphones outright), gets upset about it and complains to customer service about it. Without confirming their story, it is counted against you.

      Good Company but..

      Pros

Long Established Company with over 60 locations. In store most departments are small so you really get to know your co-workers and form a team spirit

      Cons

Head Office is absolutly terrified of customers, I have seen customers break two-day old Macbook Air's and be given a refund (twice!) when they complained to Head Office. I have seen customers Complain to head office about repairs done by other companies and been given special treatment. One time we were shown a video starring the CFO called "The Costs of Saying No." where a customer is denied a refund, goes on twitter, and causes thousands of dollars in lost productivity as Head Office jumps to dealing with it. Not a place to work if you can't deal with entitled customers being given everything they want when they complain

      Pros

Was able to work on my own many opportunities to grow was able to get commission for charging people certain sale types

      Cons

felt almost scammy when up-selling people on products I knew they didn't need, but was encouraged to do so since we would gain more money from it, and I would get a % of the money made. Easy to gain more money per shift if I didn't have morals.

same cons as with any corporate retail pharmacy setting, nothing new there. Salary increases minimal, doesn't beat inflation.
