      Pros

Company is trying to create a good culture. Decent pay.

      Cons

Limited space to move up into. Pay is often capped quickly. Overtime is seen as a bonus.

      Pros

      decent pay for professional positions

      Cons

incompetent managers. most are too young to even know what they are doing. i have no idea how they elbow rubbed their way to high positions. everybody matters is a facade to get people to work at lippert since unemployment is so low. beware of people who think lippert is the best thing since sliced bread. they are like that friend who found jesus and wont shut up about it. it is really really kind of cultish culture. not that jesus is bad. but lippert is not as good as jesus. leadership development people are overpaid hype men that do nothing and know it. you can tell that they secretly fear being seen as the drain of money they really are. the ceo and his managers are really vulnerable to brown nosing by people just trying to get that lippert money. the better the brownnoser, the better they get paid. heck sometimes they give them a whole plant to marginally lord over. making people feel guilty for not volunteering is pretty bad. if it was compulsory it wouldnt be volunteering would it? the guilt trip was so successful that they bumped up to 200k hours this year. all on the backs of people who frequently work saturdays. all they care about is production. people get hurt all the time and nothing ever gets done about it. we had to leave the building because it caught on fire. the building is so smokey that i have to blow my nose before i go home. that is on the days we dont have a fire. nepotism is strong. beware if your boss does not like you. your boss will try to railroad you any way possible and make it out to be your fault. another reason it is apparent that leadership development is a complete waste at lippert. not a team atmosphere. everyone is always doing a oneup on everybody else to get that extra hourly pay. kiss up to the boss. that is the culture at lippert from top to bottom.

      Unrealistic expectations from heartless management.

      Pros

Coworkers (exc upper management) were good people. Pay was decent and always on time. Ok benefits. Convenient parking. Good charity opportunities.

      Cons

Long hours for no extra pay. Upper management did not care about people "below" them at all. Unrealistic expectations. People put in positions because of who they know instead of competency. Completely closed minded and cocky. No concern for factory workers. They started out at $10/hour. This isn't the 80's. A union is desperately needed in this industry.

      Unorganized, crude place of employment!

      Pros

The people were nice, the pay was decent, the location was in a good spot, they have good employee rewards.

      Cons

The people are crude! All day long I heard what would constitute as sexual harassment, but everyone was enjoying it and doing it. It was a casual environment, I felt out of place in business casual clothes. The management is a joke. The HR department was the worst! The employees were not happy at all and there is not enough work for the people they hire. Also, internet is slow and they do not provide wifi.

      Pros

decent pay, good insurance, easy to earn time off

      Cons

-There is no leadership from upper management. -90% of upper management is in it for themselves -Bosses are never happy with results they just ask why you didn't get more -Never hear that you did a good job just want to complain about the little things -Politics play a huge roll in getting positions.
