- Same thing every day - Good Company for Seniors

- Strict Management style - Not performance-driven - You won't be developing much, just fixing broken software - Insane ethical issues with security and handling of people's data - Not a good place for people that need stimulation

Dedicated staff with decades of seniority among technical and administrative staff. Building and grounds are well maintained. Helpful administrative and IT support staff

Cons

Executive management are typically behind closed doors and secretive Decisions trickle down from the top Significant animosity between sales organization and business units; VP of sales not trustworthy. Stodgy management style Noncompetitive compensation structure.
