I've been watching things change all these years. As far as the company is concerned, I understand the change. Our previous president acknowledged that he was holding the company back and they had to go in a different direction. He announced in a company-wide meeting that he didn't have the experience to grow the organization. Admirable!
Cons
A new president has been brought in by Blackstone. He presents himself as a human being, but if you listen to his words, he's here for him. He has no interest in who you are. When you work, you hear his words in the corridors using the word "I" all the time. What is worse, he will publicly speak negatively of his management team. Fortunately, I'm not a leader, but I respect people. Praise in public and teach behind closed doors. He's egoistic and manages by fear. Good luck everyone. King Cheetham has taken the throne.
