    Pros

Many talented individuals who care about their work and their integrity work at Lifelabs, but there is not much else good to say.

I have been working at LifeLabs for more than 3 years

    Pros

Cafeteria on site at International location, external training opportunities (apply for $), flexible work hours, telecommuting, laptop/cell included, renovated office space

    Cons

ineffective ELT + no CEO for multiple months now = poor leadership & vision, no onsite parking for non-lab staff, mediocre health benefits and salary, passive aggressive culture, many individuals in senior positions because of time with company or "liked" by ELT suite rather than skill, ability and accomplishment - don't have skills for job level.

I worked at LifeLabs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I really enjoyed my time at LifeLabs. The team was great, and I had a very supportive manager. I felt like my contributions were appreciated and my work was valued.

    Cons

The company seemed to operate in silos. Although I know I had the support of my own manager, it felt like there was a lot of distrust at the senior management level.

I worked at LifeLabs full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great people on the front line who really care about their community and healthcare. Comp is decent at the full-time level.

    Cons

So many to list, where to start? Incredibly poor retention actions, basically non-existent and as a result really really competent and professional people that could (and did) make this business great and successful have been leaving in droves. Horrible treatment of mid-level managers and support directors. Far too much finger pointing from the SLT/ELT at mid-management and no accountability accepted by the responsible SLT/ELT group. Internal favouritism in play for senior level promotions resulting in a scourge of incompetence running the company. Many great leaders and visionaries have left the company as a direct result of this ongoing patronage.
