I worked at LifeLabs full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The compensation is very good. Some good perks. The CSM team still has some rock stars in it.

    Cons

Excruciating lack of strategy leading to a repetitions churn of trialling and killing projects already done over and over and wastage on consultants looking for the silver bullet for the company. One can only repackage a solution so many times. CEO micromanaging and verbal abuse. Inability to swiftly make decisions. Revolving door of great people leaving both by choice and not. Senior jobs never posted. Internal promotions very select.

    I worked at LifeLabs full-time

    Pros

Some great frontline people working there Working conditions generally good

    Cons

Serious capability challenges from Manager, through Director to Exec level manifested by terrible engagement scores, significant staff turnover and a culture on it's knees. Conduct from Managers, Directors and SVPs is selfish: there's a focus on "make myself look good" or at least "don't make myself look bad". And when under pressure or my position is threatened, "make sure I'm nowhere near the fallout"
