I worked at Levi Strauss for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone was friendly and helpful Comfortable work environment Ergonomic specialist worked with me on my work-space Beautiful campus "Wear what you love" dress code Shuttle will save you a pretty onerous walk from BART

    Cons

Some of the internal software is, shall we say, finicky. Coming in with a lack of experience in a corporate environment was a bit of a shock.

I have been working at Levi Strauss full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company genuinely operates from a values-driven place; there are lots of great perks for employees (time off to volunteer, product discounts, great 401k matching, ESPP, etc).

    Cons

Aside from wearing jeans to the office, it's a very traditional work environment that is set up for some types of people to succeed, but doesn't always live up to its values of embracing new and different perspectives.

    Former Contractor - Designer

    I worked at Levi Strauss

    Pros

There's a solid sense of company culture, the mid-level employees are really talented and great to work with.

    Cons

Toxic work environment, leadership micro manages and condescending, super disorganized, a large amount of employees are contract - so there's a revolving door without any kind of company integration or brand knowledge. Tech is super outdated.
