40 hour work week and direct deposit comes on time.

Cons

Cult like environment. Micro managers. Condescending uppper management. Petty politics. Toxic environment. Outdated technology. Inferior products. Small foot print. They have people working in positions they are unfit to hold. If you’re not an employee that has been with them a while you will surely be a target. We also work under staffed constantly. My advice is to look elsewhere for employment opportunities.

Senior management cares about employees. Fun culture with things like ping pong, bring your dog to work day and free food. For someone early in their career especially, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company and actually have an impact on the way things are done. You’ll get your hands on a lot of meaningful projects because the company is quickly expanding.

Cons

If you don’t thrive in a fast-pace environment, then Level One is not for you. This is a company for people who like to stay busy and who like to be challenged on a regular basis.
