I worked at LeoVegas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Welcoming atmosphere, the job is often stressful and rushed especially if a market is suddenly understaffed, but the management is very helpful and there is a culture of helping each other with explanations of processes and procedures, so you are never alone with your work problems. A culture of very friendly and accepting attitude to different personalities. Excellent benefits in form of health insurance and gym ticket,...

    Cons

In critical situations, unfair treatment can occur and tactical errors towards the employee involved, but no company is guaranteed against such behaviour. In some cases, when selecting a person for a specific position internally, definite favouritism is apparent. More recently an increasing number of British people moving up the ladder, which will risks affecting the company's culture into a negative direction

    Advice to Management

Select employees for promotions less based on pal relationships and more based on skill. Too many talented and skilled people with excellent attitude to work have to find employment with other companies in order to obtain a higher position

I worked at LeoVegas full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Nice colleagues, breakfasts and snacks.

    Cons

Last payout was not correct. When pointing this out they did not really want to help out. Took me a long time after leaving the company to get a part of my money.

    Advice to Management

Better internal communication. Take the issues from leaving staff seriously so you will avoid bad reviews.

I worked at LeoVegas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A company that dares to dream and try to be different. At least TRIED to be. Decent salaries for most positions. A real learning curve with lots of knowledge to be gained. Great people on the floor. Hard working and the only real reason this company still is around.

    Cons

Very bad management culture. Nepotism on most levels, especially in operations. If you are liked by your manager you can literally not show up for work, scream at other employees in the middle the floor, be racist, lie directly when confronted with evidence, etc... There is a strong management culture of shifting blame for any personal mistakes. Rarely did I ever observe a manager or HR admit any mistake on any...

    Advice to Management

Own up to the company culture of "Trust and accountability". You must lead by example, and remove the cancerous middle management and HR you currently allow to ruin your fantastic brand and idea. Your company will not survive further protection of these individuals, and if you disagree with me, check your stock price and revenue ever since this became an issue about 1.5 years ago. The customers have spoken, time to...

I have been working at LeoVegas full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice benefits (breakfast, snacks, sports bonus, health care, etc)

    Cons

In the past months the company really turned bad. Management has no clue what they are doing and its so bad that some have even decided to leave. Nepotism is really bad too, even the big bosses employ people because they know them and not because they are capable. And the results show this. The companies share price in January 2018 was 112 krona. In January 2019 it is 41 krona. Benefits are good but their not everything....

I worked at LeoVegas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very fast paced so you are able to learn a lot during your time there. You are able to move out of support into different departments quickly. Nice breakfasts + snacks. Regular after work events. Most people on the ground are really friendly and hard working.

    Cons

Higher management aren't very friendly + come across a little fake. Understaffed for the amount of work. Often didn't feel appreciated for the amount of work completed.

    Advice to Management

Spend some more time with your employees to find out how they really feel + if they are understaffed/do not have the tools they need.

I worked at LeoVegas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good company culture, decent salary, nice benefits.

    Cons

Increasing levels of middle management. Lots of people get burned out while HR are too busy making interior decorations to notice. Many employees from "the good old days" are leaving.

    Advice to Management

The increasing levels of office politics and middle management does not play well with pretending this is still a startup.
