-Family run business -Great customers -Good employee discounts

-You only get promoted if you know the right people. Hard work is not required for promotions, just know the right person. -Old school mentality. Same old ideas and Sr Management needs a big change. Many have been there for years and only do things the way they understand. New ideas or ways are never welcome. -Managers don’t look out for their staff, they do what makes them look good and don’t rock the boat even if they know something it not right. -Can’t speak openly to HR, if you do you’re tagged as a trouble maker. -Salaries and bonuses are a joke even if they report record profits. Some have been loyal for 20+ years and new hires are paid more. They need to make a huge adjustments and pay people on a level scale
