Company you can grow with, good rates with local phone provider, hours are good

Very stressful, they do not alleviate the stress of their employees Some upper management think they know all and are not reasonable or personable Very little training provided Below average pay, not willing to work with employee's on pay They expect far too much of employees, especially with the lack of training provided.

Ping pong table and little supervision

Terrible management Terrible working conditions "Supervisors" do not have a clue what they are doing Their job descriptions are incorrect and you will be hired to do something that you most likely do not want to be doing. Not innovative Terrible, below average pay and benefits

      HR Supervisor

We would like to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are committed to creating a relaxed, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees. We are taking your feedback seriously and addressing all the areas we missed in delivering a great experience. I want to address a couple of your specific concerns here. First, it is unfortunate that you felt that our “Supervisors" do not have a clue what they are doing.” Especially since you enjoyed working in an environment that provides little supervision. We do believe in empowering our employees and giving them some level of autonomy and decision-making ability. Second, job descriptions are an accurate representation of the position and they are crafted with the feedback provided from our employees, with the intention that empowered employees will be given more duties to accommodate the growth of the company. Supervisors only assign more tasks when potential for growth and success is evident. This means that, we are trusting you, empowering you, increasing your level of autonomy. Finally, we are always looking to evaluate and improve our employee benefits. We recently rolled out expanded health benefits that include critical illness insurance, this is on top of 100% employer paid benefit plan. Thank you again for the feedback, it helps us make Leavitt a better place and best of luck in your future endeavors.
