    Unionized Work Extended Health and Extra Benefits Pay Rate* Relatively consistent hours

    Cons

    Complete mismanagement Little to zero growth opportunities Short sighted for industry adaptation Largely uncooperative management Due to a weak representation by the Union, most of the pros are hit or miss depending on how the Union reps wanted to help on a case by case, and if they even bothered to argue or fight with the company in meetings against wage drops, benefit drops, or layoffs.
