      Amazing place to work

      Pros

Everyone was dedicated to the work. The leadership was the best and people cared about each other as much as doing a good job.

      Cons

There wasn’t much downside. You put in long hours, but it’s worth it because you learn to much.

      Dont work here

      Pros

Free beer, great co-workers, opportunity to learn with lots of responsibility at young age. Opportunity to travel for training. If you have to - get in, get your experience and promotion (all anyone cares about), and get out.

      Cons

Work-life balance is sacrificed to achieve unrealistic goals with no resources to do so. Poor salary for the job. Poorly managed company, salaried employees forced to work long hours. Variable compensation was a joke in the last two years. Managers have no experience because it's a revolving door and they got rid of all the older managers. This company used to be so much better until AB InBev took over.

The only direction is one direction... Whatever your manager decides for you.

      Pros

Pay is fair and bonus is usually pretty good. There are some friendly helpful people. You need to seek them out because they lay pretty low here

      Cons

Management focuses on their own agenda which is generally trying to get ahead and look better than the 'other' guy. Managers screaming in meetings, telling their people they are easily replaced! People stay because it's recession proof but your health will take a beating. If you are between 18 and 25 you will be perfect management material here. Harassment is abundant and severely overlooked because management just doesn't care. Extremely LOW MORALE. All 'I' and no 'TEAM' Management turn around is at least 7 or 8 people every 12 months. Very long hours and the fun doesn't end when you vacate the property, expect numerous calls from other managers nightly. Also, don't expect to be commended as there will be someone on the scene that will claim your fame.

      Pros

A lot f opportunities within the company, sense of community, frequent events and celebrations.

      Cons

Long hours, sometimes unpaid. Organizational culture very focus on results and sales, not so much on good service and effort. Very little room for employee feedback. Very competitive environment.
