1. Lots of opportunities for developing leadership skills and work experience. 2. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed. 3. The People you work with are smart, driven and ambitious 4. Free beer and the downtown office has a Pub; health Benefits are pretty decent but you have to pay for them

1. Aggressive, sink/swim culture. Huge push on perfectionism 2. Not very competitive salary- Your salary's big portion is bonus, which gets paid out once in 4 years so negotiate a higher base. 3. They operate very lean and the turnover is high, felt like a revolving door 4. Poor work life balance, you are expected to take on more work without any additional pay. Big push on acquisitions so this piles up every year 5. Very focused on outsourcing to India and you have to constantly deal with very sub-par talent over there. 6. If you were not a part of the "`Development Program" you career growth will be very stunted. The Development program folks get precedence over everyone...its not as mertiocracy based environment they claim it to be.

Compensation - uncommon to get a bonus, underpaid for responsibility level, training, high turnover and brain drain

ZERO time for breaks. Meetings all day long. I did not often work for over 8 hours, but did not have time to go to the washroom or eat lunch.. the days were pre-planned to fit exactly the amount of work you have for the day with deadlines throughout the day so that you can not finish the work outside your 8 hour work day. Open concept with upper management team elevated and facing (watching) the rest of the workers. Almost all young workers, which made it feel like not many people were investing their future there.

Great place to learn and develop. Lots of opportunities to relocate and/or learn new skills, transfer departments. Lots of resources available to help solve problems.

Cons

The compensation structure is a joke. Nothing about the compensation is indicative of being a "great" company. They use a mythical "bonus" to try to keep you motivated but it never happens.

manage plays favourites, sacrifice your own bonus for someone else's, thankless work environment, 24 hours on call, poor upper management only concerned with next role rather then developing current talent
