Pros

Upper management was easy to work with.

Cons

Extremely unexperienced lower management creates poor turn around for clients and poor team moral. Account managers over promise to clients, and fail to communicate important project details to remaining team members until the last minute. No benefits. Low salary. Be prepared for a highly competitive environment. Loss of largest client resulted in multiple layoffs.

Daily challenges and the opportunity to solve problems with original ideas and contribute to a good team Work in an industry that is constantly changing Great team environment

Cons

With fast growth comes growing pains and the need to be nimble, which may not be the ideal environment for everyone. The current team does a great job adapting, however, mitigating this double edged con.
