No business strategy, No detail plans, just do it and if it does not work out, get rid of it.

No attendance flexible working hours, cozy office, competitive salary and benefits
Cons
Hard to get promotion, they don't really give you an opportunity to explore/give suggestions because we mostly followed orders from HQ
