I have been working at L.E.K. Consulting for less than a year

    Pros

LEK has excellent professional development, with an entire internal team dedicated to a PD program. Management is very receptive towards ways to improve the firm and input is truly valued at all levels.

    Cons

Hours can be long due to PE cases, however there is a slow push for better work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Continue looking into ways to improve work life balance. Comp days is great progress etc.

I have been working at L.E.K. Consulting

    Pros

Most of the projects are real strategic ones. Not too much travelling. Culture training in Boston for the interns.

    Cons

Not the widest variery of industries in São Paulo Office. The name of the firm is not that big in Brazil yet.

I have been working at L.E.K. Consulting for less than a year

    Pros

The summer internship is very well planned out. You are assigned to a project where you are treated like a new hire. The best thing was that the London office had a "interns must leave the office by 7" policy.

    Cons

The work is relatively tedious. New hires are expected to do a lot of google, excel, powerpoint and cold calling.

I worked at L.E.K. Consulting for less than a year

    Pros

Culture is collaborative and fast-paced. Projects are high-impact and even as an intern, you take active ownership of the engagement.

    Cons

Interns don't get many opportunities to interact with the senior management.
