    Pros

    Great chance to practice your communication skills. Good team members and flexible schedule. Good training program and good pay for undergraduate.

    Cons

    The work condition is very bad. Like the one I did before, I basically work outside and I had a great time to meet with different types of rude customers. You feel exhausted and unhappy when you get back home.
