I have been working at Kognitive Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I love working with this company! I have worked for 3 months and it has given me the best working and life experience ever. The company has a very friendly ambiance and flexible hours. I love working with management and colleagues! They are passionate in what they're doing and everyone is really supportive. It is the best experience for practicing your communication towards clientele, pitching and personality. I would recommend this work to all types of people. Also, a lot of opportunity within the company for everyone who is ready to put in the work and dedication. finally, it is very motivating financially with all of the commissions and bonuses!

I worked at Kognitive Marketing part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Decent staff flexible hours around school comission based pay

    Cons

The contracts they had me on were about pitching credit cards to everyone in a department store. If you have amy morals around selling services like that to retirees and the like, don't bother with this job.

I worked at Kognitive Marketing part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible Hours Reliable pay Good commission if you hit your goals CEO is a very nice person

    Cons

Poor management Field managers only think about themselves to get promoted to be an account manager. They do not care about you. If you hit the target they are nice but if you do not they are not in good attitude. They may promise you to get promoted but usually it is just a lie to motivate you.
