Great people, who left from the prev owner - Nuance
Cons
Management do not care about anything, but their bonuses. If they think that the bonuses would not be good enough this year - they just lay off 1/2 of the company. They can get more people in Vietnam, Russia or India. Keep you distance from US/Canada office if you can - these guys like only cheap labor and not ready to pay...

Local mangers try but are overruled Some flexibility is given Free lunches
Cons
Always layoffs even when we are told lay offs are done Underpaid compared to other local tech companies 20k less for same job Expected to learn and work 4 or more complex products Always problems with payroll and HR sends sorry emails but nothing ever happens Tax forms wrong HR gave me my tax information on a hand written paper 3 weeks vacation compared to local tech companies that offer unlimited vacation Desks are falling apart Old technology Always changing systems and employees are left with mad customers

Pros
Job is relatively secure, they don't do many layoffs although very few low performers have been let go in the past 3 years, but that is purely at the discretion of the managers.
Cons
Not much room for personal development/growth. Developers with out-dated coding skills are common.
