Company has really friendly staff members, provides vehicles to go from site to site, hosts team building events, office members regularly checks up on you to see if everything going well, the crew has good work ethics.
Cons
Sometimes timesheets doesn't match with the hours you worked, but the office staff always clears things up and makes sure you get paid for all the hours you have worked.
