Poor leadership by parent company. By far my most disappointing job, shows so much potential but toxic atmosphere and lack of trust leads to having no job satisfaction and makes you feel insecure in your abilities. Be aware many reviews have been removed by management which, in my opinion, highlights how challenging a workplace it is. Advice to any future employee - ask yourself why there are so many positions opening up, and don’t be fooled by the idea that it’s the industry standard. Recently added a layer of management to the parent company who is not to be trusted. Openly admits to recording conversations, goes against his word and previous promises made and is so brash he makes a bull in a china shop look like a ballet dancer. Perhaps due to his back of experience he will stop at nothing to make himself look powerful—ferocious in emails, but in person, as meek as a lamb, he’s now acting house manager which I have no doubt will lead to more resignations.
