    Pros

Lots of training. Great products. Good discounts for employee

    Cons

Sales could be a little stressful, managers expect a certain amount of sales everyday and you don't get commission. Plus others could steal your sales

I worked at Kiehl's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Plenty of training available throughout the year to get employees familiar with the products. Employees get good discounts and readily available products for their own experiences.

    Cons

Competition among sale reps. This depends on how the culture at individual stores though.

I worked at Kiehl's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - An Amazing In-Store Team - Free Products

    Cons

    - District Managers Are Very Fake/Make You Feel Very Inferior To Them In A Passive Aggressive Way. (At Least Those In My Region) - Employees Deserve Higher Wage - The Company Does Not Respect/Acknowledge Your Value. - Long Story Short, The Only Good Part About My Time At Kiehl’s Was The Chance To Get To Work With A Beautiful, Smart and Amazing In-Store Team That I Will Greatly Miss. Other Than This I Do Not... Recommend Working For Kiehl’s.

I worked at Kiehl's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working here was very fun and it teaches you a lot about customer service as well as being a leader and working with a team. The products are good and it's fun being able to try them out and receive products. Hours are also quite flexible, so great for any students who are wanting a part-time job.

    Cons

Not a lot of career opportunities, only other opportunities would be for assistant store manager and store manager, which were limited, therefore many people left for better opportunities. Pay is relatively low considering the amount of product information you must learn as well as the level of service you must give to your customers, plus there is no commission and no benefits for full-time employees. This is a... great job if you are hoping to only work part-time but it is not worth it to work full-time.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees real incentives to want to stay and to join your team, such as better pay and some kind of benefits program, and you will attract quality, passionate people who will want to work hard for you.
