    Kellogg runs like any other large company. They strive to grow year after year using strategies to win. Their strategies are no different than other large companies, sometimes means closing plants or eliminating jobs.

    Pros

    The company is pays well, has great benefits, and generally promotes a well rounded culture.

    Cons

    The management is not clear on process and will put you in a position to fail and then point out your mistakes. Very stressfull and painful to deal with. The management is the source of the negative experience. Constant change to requirements while expecting timelines to stay the same. No clear process, and misleading directions. Management experience is lacking.

    good compensation. The people are great.

    Cons

    HR is the same as any other hr. They work for the companies best interest not the employees. Kelloggs has slowly been reducing departments, pension plans, benefits, perks. You never know what a Monday morning will bring. Kelloggs is no longer a 30 year career company.
