Extremely micromanaged by head office, overly frugal to the point it affects operations, very incompetent head office employees, and technology 20+ years out of date.

Pros
It's Monday to Friday. The pay is ok. Good place to learn how to use a forklift and power Jack's.
Cons
No sick days, basic benefits, no room for advancement, poor organization, poor managment, poor communication, lack of staff, customer service lacks product knowledge. Head office controls everything. Facilities, equipment are rundown. Warehouse materials come from kaycan. And not from a materials supplier in home city. So takes months to 're-stock important materials. Managment would rather threaten you with your job, then work with you to help you grow and learn. Kaycan university training web doesn't work on their own computer systems. Product storage un-organized and doesn't have specific locations for proper picking procedures.
