Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Kaycan full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Lots of Work. There are positions where you have decent freedom to concentrate on work. Pay is higher than other unskilled work in area.
Cons
There is a lot more politics and drama then there should be. And big lack of leadership. Resources are low and the stress is fairly high. A lot of equipment is kept barely operational. There has been a recent trend of high turnover rate and new workers not showing up and the list goes on...

Pros
There are no pros to working at this company. The owners only care about their own pockets.
Cons
This is the WORST company to work for. They are pure tyrants and treat their employees like crap. No wonder it is such a revolving door as the turnover rate is so high. I have never seen a company treat its employees so poorly.
