Pros
Great product and you really get to work with some great people. More specifically that is your coworkers. Good benefits, 401k, and the base salary is okay and the commission structure is good
Cons
Micromanagement is actually wild here. Leadership is the worst I've ever seen and really drowning this company. Nobody wants to stay here and it shows in the lack of morale. If you don't stroke their ego and tell them that everything that they're doing is right, they will fire you instantly with no hesitation or remorse. CRO is clueless in everything he does and will not lift a finger to help the team be successful. Stay away and don't waste your time

Other than the normal challenges of a growing startup, I've heard Kandji is a great company to work for. Just curious, though - why are you looking to leave Apple?
